How to raise a concern
Most concerns can be resolved quickly and informally. In the first instance, please speak to the therapist involved, or email us at info@eikotherapy.co.uk. Let us know what happened and what you’d like us to do.
Making a formal complaint
If you’d prefer to make a formal complaint, please email info@eikotherapy.co.uk with “Complaint” in the subject line, including:
- Your name and how we can contact you.
- What happened, with dates where possible.
- How it affected you and what outcome you’re hoping for.
What happens next
- We’ll acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days.
- We’ll look into it fully and aim to give you a full response within 20 working days. If we need longer, we’ll keep you updated.
- We’ll always handle your complaint fairly, openly and respectfully.
If you’re still not satisfied
If we can’t resolve things together, you can raise your concern with the relevant professional regulator, the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC), which registers our therapists.
Our promise
Raising a concern will never affect the quality of care you receive. Your feedback helps us learn and do better.
