• Referral details — information about the person receiving support, including date of birth, address, and the difficulties and outcomes you tell us about.
• Health and care information needed to provide safe, appropriate therapy (this is “special category” data and is handled with extra care).
• Recruitment details, if you apply to join our team.

How we use your information

We use your information to:

• Respond to enquiries and process referrals.
• Provide, plan and review therapy and assessments.
• Communicate with you, and with schools or professionals you ask us to.
• Meet our legal, clinical and regulatory obligations.

Our lawful basis

We rely on your consent, the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interests in running the practice, and — for health information — the provision of health and social care. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Sharing your information

We never sell your information. We only share it where necessary — for example with clinicians involved in your care, or where the law requires it. Any third parties who process data on our behalf do so under strict agreements.

How long we keep it

We keep clinical records for the periods required by professional and legal guidance, and other information only for as long as we need it.

Your rights
